While Congress shall not pass any law that infringes on the people’s inalienable right to free speech, that doesn’t mean that private airlines can’t kick someone off their flight for being rude and obnoxious. That’s just what happened on a flight this Saturday from Baltimore to Seattle after an angry anti-Trump woman went off on a Trump supporter.
Thank God for amazing technology like smart phones, because the Trump supporter caught it all on camera and it didn’t take long for the video to go viral. Not only did the video capture the woman getting kicked off the plane, but also cheers from other passengers who were glad to see her leave.
After the woman was asked to leave by a flight attendant she announced clearly,
“No. I paid for this seat and I’m sitting in it. He is in my space.”
“I’m going home now. My mother-in-law, his mother, died…I’m going home now. There’s no way I’m getting off this plane…My husband lost his mother. Have some respect.”
To which the flight staffer responded,
“I’m terribly sorry for that, but that does not give you the right to treat people the way you’ve been treating them.“
Eventually police needed to be used to escort the woman off the plane. While her emotions were probably high due to both the inauguration as well as her mother-in-law passing, it once again shows the immaturity of liberals who even after decades of being adults can’t control their emotions.
